Membership : I agree to bear full responsibility for my doing any exercise or physical activity in which I use any of the center’s equipment and its facilities for any injury or damage during my performance, and my responsibility includes any possible injury without limiting my use of any of the exercise equipment (mechanical or other)
Membership is personal to the member. The member cannot lend his membership card for use by a third party. All new memberships are subject to the approval of the administration and the administration reserves the right to refuse the membership application for the center for any reason. Upon acceptance of membership, a membership card will be issued to the member (which remains owned by the Center) and the member will be eligible for all rights and privileges under each type of membership. If the membership card is lost, the member can issue a replacement card for a fee to be determined by the administration. Entering the center without a valid membership card will be entered only according to the absolute discretion of the administration. I agree to follow the laws and rules of the center as issued from time to time, whether by the presence of the instructions in the attachments inside the center or notifying them in the official accounts on social media, and if any of these laws is violated, it is a violation that may lead to suspension or cancellation of membership. Subscription membership is not exchangeable or refundable and may not be given or sold to another person.
Membership Fee : All members must pay a full non-refundable fee that will become due immediately upon acceptance as a member. "Joining fee is subject to change without notice." Affiliation fees and membership fees are non-refundable upon leaving the club or terminating membership for any reason. Any period of time forfeited from membership will entail a member rejoining against the prevailing joining fees. Management reserves the right to offer and change membership rates and categories from time to time, all fees Subject to change at any time.
Cancellation of membership : “The administration has the right to terminate the member’s subscription without notice or immediately if he violates any of these rules”:
If any material fees are not paid. If the member engages in any bad behavior, whether such behavior is a complaint by another member or members, or from the point of view of the administration, that is harmful to the reputation or interest of the Center. If the company deems that the member is an unsuitable person to continue with the membership of the center. If it is found that the member has violated the privacy of any other member in the shower room or changing rooms or has been caught engaging in indecent or indecent behavior. Taking pictures inside the center is considered a violation. Members are not entitled to sell the contract, assign, advertise, or sell any products or services in the center. The exchange or abuse of any stimulant, narcotic, or smoking substances or real estate, and the practice of any work inside the center or training of members is prohibited. In the event of a violation of this, the contract will be terminated permanently, and the member whose membership is terminated by the administration will lose all privileges immediately without requiring a refund of membership fees Or monthly or annual membership fees. Upon termination of his membership, the member must immediately return his membership card and any evidence or property belonging to the membership that the Center provided to this member and must liquidate any outstanding debts.
Health and Safety: Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed to roam inside the center. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the center. Medical tests must be performed in the case of using the swimming pool (Urine test & Hepatitis B) and urine analysis.
Working hours : The working hours of the center are shown in the center through the bulletin board and social networking sites. The administration reserves the right to modify special hours for the purposes of cleaning, decorating, repairs and vacations, and the administration will announce in advance any changes in working hours, especially during the public holidays.
Dress code : All members and guests are required to wear appropriate and respectful sports attire. Closed-toe shoes with non-marking rubber soles are required in the gym and aerobics room.
Center facilities : The administration does not bear any responsibility for the loss or damage to the member’s belongings that are kept in the daily or private safe. The necessary administrative action will be taken as per the directives subject to the provisions and laws of the country. Members or guests are not permitted to bring their own food or beverages into the Centre.
The management may from time to time take prospective individuals or others from outside the center on a tour around the center and allow them to use the facilities of the center on a trial basis and reserves the right to do so.
Visitors : No client is allowed to bring any individual to perform special training services. All visitors must register when entering the center. Former clients who are prohibited from entering the center are not allowed to enter. The Center reserves the right to reject any person in inappropriate clothing. All visitors must apply the center's rules and regulations. The visitor is not entitled to enter the center more than once only

Other : Safes must be vacated on a daily basis, and the administration has the right to dispose of the belongings in any appropriate way, and no claims will be received after this period. All members must comply with the rules of the facility, which may be modified, changed, canceled or added to From time to time at the discretion of the management, the management has the right to change any of its rights from time to time and for any period, and no waiver of these rights shall be interpreted.
